WORCESTER, Mass. – The Assumption University women's lacrosse team will be the sixth seed in the Northeast-10 Championship. The Greyhounds will hit the road, taking on Adelphi University in the NE10 Semifinals on Wednesday, April 30, at 4:00 p.m. at Motamed Field.

• Assumption has the eighth-ranked offense in the NE10 (11.07), while ranking seventh in the scoring defense (12.60).
• Four Greyhounds players were selected to the All-NE10 honors: Kailey Butler (2^nd Team), Madison Field (3^rd Team), Katelynn Johnston (3^rd Team), and Molly Weiand (2^nd Team).

• The Panthers cleaned up on All-NE10 postseason awards, as they had nine selections headlined by Defensive Player of the Year, Sonny Lionetti.

• 2023: Defeated New Haven (14-11) before falling to Le Moyne (17-6) in the NE10 Semifinals. In the NCAA Tournament, they defeated Le Moyne (16-13) before falling to Pace (14-5) in the second round. 
• 2024: Defeated SNHU (21-10) and New Haven (9-7), before falling to Pace (16-14) in the NE10 Championship. In the NCAA Tournament, they defeated New Haven (18-6), Pace (13-10), East Stroudsburg (15-13), before falling to Tampa (13-8) in the National Championship game.
