JOHNSTON, Pa. – The Assumption University men's golf team moved up two places and sits in 14^th place overall after the second round of the 2026 NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional at Sunnehanna Country Club on Thursday afternoon.

Finished 16^th/20 (+19 | 299)

• T-38^th: CJ Strong (+7 | 74/73)
• T-44^th: Lucas Levasseur (+9 | 74/75)
• T-55^th Christopher Stilwell (+10 | 77/73)
• T-55^th: Ethan Beauchemin (+10 | 80/73)
• T-75^th: Cole Vieira (+13| 74/79)

 
HOW IT HAPPENED
Christopher Stilwell had the strongest start of the day for Assumption, as he shot a -1 (34) through the front nine, and picked up a birdie on the par-four third hole. Ethan Beauchemin shot +1 (36) on the front nine, as he birdied both the first and the seventh hole, but a double-bogey on six and a one-over on the second hole counteracted the two birdies.
 
CJ Strong had the best second half of the Greyhounds, as he shot an even 35 on the back nine, parred seven holes, birdied 11, but shot one over on 16.
