WORCESTER, Mass. – The Assumption University women's lacrosse team moved up one spot in the national poll and appeared in the first NCAA Division II Regional Rankings Wednesday afternoon.

NCAA DIVISION REGIONAL RANKINGS
The Greyhounds (9-6, 6-3 NE10) are looking to finish the regular season strong. They are on a two-game winning streak and have two games left.
Jenna Joseph has continued her strong play throughout the year, leading the Northeast-10 Conference with 45 assists while pacing the team with 72 points.
Kyle Johnston paces the Greyhounds with 45 goals, while
Kyle Johnston (39),
Olivia Catanzarite (37), and
Jenna Joseph (27) have also tallied 20+ goals.
Defensively, Weiand leads the way with a team-leading 21-caused turnovers and 27 ground balls. Catanzarite paces the squad with 54 draw controls, and
Isabelle Edwards adds 51 draw controls, 19 ground balls, and 17 caused turnovers.
Skylar Troyan and
Healey Torres have split time in the Greyhounds' crease. The duo has a 44.7 save percentage and a 10.47 goals-against average.
Women's Lacrosse hosts American International College on Saturday, April 27, at noon before heading to Pleasantville, N.Y., for a Tuesday, April 30
th matchup with No. 1 Pace at 7:00 pm.
