CANDIA, N.H. – The Assumption University men's golf team had a late push, but they would finish third, following the final round of the 2025 Northeast 10 Conference Championship on Thursday afternoon at Candia Woods Golf Links. 
 
THE BASICS
Finished 3^rd/7 (+31 | 302/294/287)

• 5^th: Christopher Stilwell (+5 | 75/70/73)
• 6^th: CJ Strong (+6 | 75/76/68)
• T-7^th: Ethan Beauchemin (+7 | 74/74/72)
• 19^th: Lucas Levasseur (+18 | 80/74/77)
• 32^nd: Ryan Willey (+13 | 78/77/-)
• 36^th: Cole Vieira (+3 | 74)

 
HOW IT HAPPENED
On the front nine, the Greyhounds played nearly perfect golf, as they were the only team at or below par. Beauchemin and Strong led the charge by shooting one under par through nine holes. On the back nine, Strong continued to play well, as he finished -3 on the day, moving up 11 spots in the standings. Cole Vieira and Beauchemin both moved up four spots on the final day, while Stilwell, Strong, and Beauchemin all finished in the top ten.
