WORCESTER, Mass. – Assumption University football student-athletes
Tindell Frick and
Jack Driscoll represented the Greyhounds on the Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-American Teams, as Frick was named to the second team, while Driscoll earned honorable mention, as announced by the Don Hansen Football Committee on December 18.
Frick was a force for Assumption, as he is the third Greyhound to win NE10 Defensive Lineman of the Year (Derrick Mann – 2013, Ray Sarkodieh – 2017), while also being named All-NE10 First Team and All-New England Team. He led the NE10 and ranked 8
th in all of Division II in sacks (11.0), to go along with 65 tackles and 14.0 tackles for a loss.
Driscoll was named as the Northeast 10 Conference Offensive Lineman of the Year, All-NE10 First Team, and was named to the All-New England Team by the New England Football Writers. He was the fourth Assumption student-athlete to be named the NE10 Offensive Lineman of the Year, as he helped the Greyhounds become one of the best rushing teams in the NE10, averaging 168.8 yards per game and scoring 20 touchdowns this season.
