Annabel Ziskin was named the New England Women's Hockey Alliance Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday afternoon.

The graduate defender contributed on both ends of the ice this weekend to help the Greyhounds in their weekend split against Stonehill. She tallied two assists in Friday's dominant 7-0 shutout victory. The Smithtown, N.Y. native posted a plus-three on-ice rating on the weekend series. She also recorded two shots on goal and logged five blocked shots across both games, providing offensive support from the blue line and anchoring the Greyhound defensive effort.
