WORCESTER, Mass. – Three Assumption University women's soccer student-athletes were named 2022 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District, the association announced on Tuesday.

Kate Carleson, Katherine Laboissonniere, and Julia Walsh were recognized by the organization.

In 13 games, Kate Carleson registered five goals and two assists for 12 points. Her four game-winning goals lead the Northeast-10 Conference, and her .92 points per game ranked seventh.

Katherine Laboissniere started in all 17 games for the Greyhounds, and she nearly played every minute at the center-back position. Laboissniere helped maintain the Assumption back line, which allowed 1.42 goals per game in NE10 action.

Julia Walsh started all 17 games for the Greyhounds this season, as she supported a 1.46 goals-against average and a 0.783 save percentage. Walsh compiled a 5-6-4 record to go along with three shutouts.
