ATLANTA, Ga. – The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) honored the Assumption University women's basketball team with a Special Mention when they announced its Division II Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll on Tuesday.

The Greyhounds, who compiled a 3.524 grade-point average this season, ranked fourth in the Northeast 10 Conference. On the court, Assumption finished the 2024-25 campaign with a 19-14 overall record and their third-straight trip to the NCAA Tournament. 

St. Cloud State led all NCAA Division II members with a 3.892 GPA.
 
The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA, and two-year college women's basketball teams nationwide with the highest combined GPAs, including all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. The 2024-25 season is the 30th in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
