NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. - The Assumption University baseball team had a pair of student-athletes recognized on the Northeast 10 all-conference lists, headlined by Michael Caron, as announced Wednesday morning.
 
Michael Caron was named to the All-NE10 Third Team, while also landing on the All-Rookie team with Tiarnan Doyle.  
 
In 33 games and 29 starts, Caron led the Greyhounds with a .359 batting average, while also pacing the team with five home runs and 28 RBI. He also struck out only 17 times, the fewest among Assumption batters with over 100 at-bats. 
 
Doyle was named to the All-Rookie team after going 2-6 as the number two starter for the Blue and White. He struck out 43, while allowing just 16 walks in 50.0 innings.  Player of the Year – George Slauson, Saint Anselm
