Box Score Worcester, Mass. (April 25) -- The Assumption College baseball team dropped a divisional game to The College of Saint Rose, 8-3, at Rocheleau Field on Wednesday.
Assumption starter Ben Hastings (Norton, Mass./Norton) worked 4.1, giving up three runs, two earned to take the loss as the Greyhounds fall to 11-24-1 on the season.
Michael Filice (South Salem, N.Y./John Jay CR), Shane Keddy (Worcester, Mass./Worcester Tech) and Kelvin Sims (Manchester, Conn./East Catholic) each had two hits and an RBI in the loss.
The Greyhounds return to action on Friday, April 27, in a rematch of Tuesday's game against Franklin Pierce University. The game will begin at 3:30 p.m. at Rocheleau Field.
