MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Assumption University baseball team had three individuals earn Northeast-10 Conference baseball all-conference selections, headlined by Jack Barry and Cody Smith being named to the Second Team, announced Thursday afternoon.
 
Jack Barry and Cody Smith were named to the All-NE10 Second Team. Barry started all 41 games for the Greyhounds, where he batted .323 with 51 hits, 13 doubles, one triple, seven home runs, and a team-leading 31 RBI. He broke the program record with four home runs against American International College, where he went 4-of-6 with eight RBI and five runs scored. In the field, Barry recorded 64 putouts in 147 chances and 81 assists for a .986 fielding percentage to be named to the All-Defensive Team. 
 
Smith found his way onto the All-NE10 Second team for the second-straight season, as he started all 41 games for Assumption, where he batted .319 with 51 hits, 16 doubles, three home runs, and 23 RBI. Defensively, Smith excelled in centerfield, making 90 putouts and supporting a .978 fielding percentage, earning himself his second-straight All-Defensive Team nod. 
 
James McDermott made his way onto the All-Rookie Team.
