Lowrey, one of the most dominant pitchers to toe the rubber in Assumption softball program history. In her freshman season, she was named to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Rookie Team. She appeared in 24 games with 19 starts, pitching 11 complete games while posting four shutouts and one save. In 124.2 innings of action, she allowed 104 hits and 42 earned runs while striking out 131 batters. Lowrey improved in her sophomore season, as she was named to the NE10 Second Team All-Conference. She increased her strikeout total, striking out 157 batters while posting a 15-8 record.

As a junior in 2011, Lowrey was named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference First Team, where she logged 133 innings, going 13-8 and allowing 44 earned runs. She struck out an outstanding 179 batters and maintained an ERA of 2.32. During this season, Lowrey stacked up five double-digit strikeout games, including a career-high 16 strikeouts at Stonehill.

During her senior campaign, she started 27 games and had 26 complete games with five shutouts. With an 18-10 record and a 1.82 ERA, she allowed 48 earned runs and struck out 246 batters, which is the second-highest single-season total in program history. Additionally, she posted 13 double-digit strikeout games. In the Greyhounds postseason run, she recorded 42.0 innings with 60 strikeouts and supported a 2.67 ERA in seven games, which resulted in the program's third conference title and their second NCAA appearance.

Lowrey's senior season was full of accolades, and accomplishments, which included Northeast-10 Conference Pitcher of the Year, Northeast-10 All-Conference First Team, Daktronics Second Team-All Region, the Andrew Laska "Athlete of the Year" Award, and the Rev. Armand Desautels Memorial Award. Lowrey's stats still hold up to today's game, as she still ranks in the top five in program history in the following categories: career shutouts (1st – 19), career strikeouts (1st – 713), complete games in a season(2nd – 26), strikeouts in a season (2nd – 246), career wins (3rd – 56), career innings pitched (3rd – 589.1), career complete games (4th – 68), wins in a season(4th – 18), and innings pitched in a season (5th – 184.1).
