Kevin Glanzman ’12 was a defensive cornerstone for the men’s ice hockey team from 2008–2012. In 97 career games, he recorded 18 goals and 56 assists, totaling 74 points. Glanzman’s 2010–11 campaign was particularly notable, as he recorded a conference-high nine power-play goals, while adding two even-strength goals, a career-high 19 assists, and the second-most points from a defenseman in league history. Glanzman was named to the NE10 First Team three years in a row, while being one of five players in NE10 history to be named Defensive Player of the Year in back-to-back years. His strong leadership and consistent two-way play elevated the performance and profile of the Greyhounds’ defensive unit.

After graduating, Glanzman played one year in Australia’s top division, the Australian Ice Hockey League, with the Melbourne Mustangs, appearing in 23 games, scoring 2 goals and adding 20 assists.
