A native of Franklin, Massachusetts, Stephanie (DeLucia) DeBaggis `99 ended her career with a school-record 155 runs scored, 63 doubles and 395 career bases as she ranks among the all-time Assumption leaders in nearly every offensive category. She is second all-time in hits with 260, third in career batting average at .466, third in triples with 12, fourth in runs batted in with 124 and sixth in home runs with 16. As a pitcher, DeLucia finished with a 27-20 record to go along with a 2.11 earned run average as she threw 325 innings with 31 complete games and 148 strikeouts.

The daughter of current Assumption softball head coach Ralph DeLucia, Stephanie was named as the 1996 Andrew Laska Award winner as the Assumption Female Athlete of the Year. In that season, she hit .479 at the plate while finished with a 13-7 pitching record behind a 2.15 earned run average and 15 complete games. She was a two-time NFCA All-American, two-time All-Region selection, two-time Northeast-10 All-Conference honoree, a two-time All-New England selection and a member of the CoSIDA Academic All-Region Team as a junior. In her junior season, she led all of NCAA Division II with a .566 batting average. She set team records for hits with 94, doubles with 23, extra-base hits at 32 and total bases with 139. As a senior, DeLucia finished with a .396 average, eight home runs and 50 runs batted in.
